At Lutyens Furniture & Lighting we pride ourselves on a tradition of over thirty years of world-class bespoke manufacturing.
The tradition goes far further back than that; to Sir Edwin Lutyens, without whose extraordinary tradition of design and vision we would have had nothing to build on.
Our current product line draws from a mix of EL’s own original designs, those of his son Robert Lutyens – a talented architect, decorator and furniture designer in his own right – and our own adaptations of both plus modern concepts we have designed in-house. The family dynasty is now in its third and fourth generations with the legacy in the hands of Edwin’s granddaughter Candia Lutyens and her son Robert Lutyens Peterson.
Our company is built on just one over-riding principle – that the furniture and lighting we produce whether it be original designs or our own adaptations will always be of the best quality, not just of construction but in conception and attention to detail as well.
All of our pieces are customizable from fabric, timber or metalwork selection to finish size and, occasionally, shape. Everything is made in the UK by an intensely talented team of artisan craftsman.
We are confident that the quality of our workmanship matches the quality of our designs and that the resulting product is second to none.
