S lantern Pendent

The 'S' Lantern chandeliers were designed in 1929 for the garden loggia of the Viceroy's house inNew Delhi. The lantern is typical of Lutyen's love of geometry with the octagonal central cage supported by a circular base and top.

Each 'S' motif is separately cast and produced by hand by expert British craftsmen to create this unique fitting. Both the lantern and the sconce can be ordered in a variety of metal finishes - the finish pictured is antique brass. It is available in 3 different sizes
