Order Placing

It is our policy never to provide a price list for the simple reason that every single job we do is "bespoke" in its entirety. What we charge is dependent not only on quantity but also on design specification, choice of timber, finish, fabric etc.

You can place an order by telephone, fax, email or in person at our London showroom - contact details at the bottom of the page. A 50% deposit is required on order with the balance payable prior to delivery.

Payment

Opening Hours

We accept cash, cheques and bank transfers in Sterling, Euros, and US Dollars. Payment must be made in the currency quoted on the invoice.

Any quotes made in currencies other than Pound Sterling are good for 30 days or a 5% move in the relevent currency within that period.

The showroom is open by appointment only, however we are generally open during office hours and welcome visitors. Please telephone before visiting to avoid disappointment.

Delivery and Shipping

Lighting

Delivery is not included we are able to quote for delivery or to liase with you're shipping agent. Please allow 12-16 weeks for furniure and 4-6 weeks for lighting.

Lutyen's lighting is wired to comply with appropriate national standards. Lighting destined for the US is wired with UL approved components.

Appointments

Timber and Metal Finishes

As part of a wider design service LFL can visit client's premises and offer a consultation. Alternatively we can assist with room layouts and perspectives if photos or room dimensions are provided.

All of our pieces are finished to the client's specifications. For larger pieces of furniture samples will be sent to the client for approval. We can match our timber and metal finishes to client's existing furniture if a sample is provided. French polishing is available.

Dimensions

Leather

We can make most furniture to any dimensions requested.

We have a range of leather available in a selection of different colours. Please contact us for samples and prices.

Fabric

Client's may choose their own fabric for upholstery or request LFL to supply. Please contact us for details and prices.
